How Long Does Shipping Take
Most items are handmade to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be processed and shipped. Occasionally items that are personalized may take longer. If you have a time restaint that the item is needed by, please ask before ordering and I will do my best to accomodate your request. Items are carefully packaged and shipped either USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Are Exchanges or Returns Accepted
Exchanges for the same item are accepted on defective merchandise. Exchanges are accepted on merchandise that has never been used and is still in packaging as purchased. Please email me the situation and what you would like to exchange the original item for. All exchanges must be returned at buyer's shipping expense. There are no refunds on merchandise.

Custom orders are available for any occasion. Please email me what you are looking for. All custom orders require at least three weeks for processing and shipping.
